Prosecco Rosé is made from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, vinified separately, in white and red rispectively, in order to obtain the best features. The correct sunny exposure, as well as the soil composition and in particular the climate, characterize and define its own personality to the product, from the raw material to the finished product. Delicate “Rosé Version” of Prosecco, to respond to new trends, style and to the modern taste.

Vinification: separately fermented red grapes with a short maceration time give the wine its special colour and typical timbre so sought after by makers of “classic” sparkling wines, with a particular aroma and full-bodiedness. Painstaking and rigorous champagnization of the base wine at low temperature generates a balanced, delicate and complete wine

Organoleptic properties: elegant, delicate but at the same time vibrant and fresh wine, a right combination between Glera and Pinot Nero organoleptic features. Bright pink in colour, fragrant aromatic notes of wild strawberry, raspberries, red currant and cherry on the nose. The aromatic profile: bright hints of peach with white flesh and apricot; then a floreal touch
The taste is full, fragrant and fresh, with the predominant fruity note. Long and persistent finish
Food affinities: it can be combined with different kind of dishes. First and second choices based on fish, but also with white meats, accompanied by grill vegetables
